Hello,

I think my baby is dying Sad the last couple of nights while playing games or watch videos my graphics have crashed.
With Videos if I start it up again they run fine but games i have to restart the computer.

I've reinstalled drivers, made sure there is no dust on it and reseated it.

thinking its either on the way out or the latest nvidia drivers are crap Smile

If any one can suggest a solution I'm happy to hear it

Age sounds like a factor.

Also, it may also be your HDD dying.

What actually happens? Freeze, BSOD, green artefacts/artifacts across your screen?

some times the screen goes blank and the game/ movies can still be heard and hitting alt, ctrl del brings up that win7 selection menu, some times artefacts/artifacts like coloured lines projecting from objects and sound jumping and it needs to be restarted

Hey Manta, why dont you just build it yourself, with the list you have put forward,i did some cheaks...

•1 x Intel S1155 Core i5 3550 3.30Ghz Quad Core CPU
1 x Gigabyte S1155 ATX GA-Z68XP-UD3 Motherboard
4 x DDR3 4GB (1x4G) G.S 1333MHz Ram Module OEM
1 x 120GB OCZ 2.5" Agility 3 SATA 6Gb/s SSD Drive (PN AGT3-25SAT3-120G)
1 x Blu-Ray Combo LG CH12LS28 12xBD-R/16X SATA Drive RETAIL Black
1 x 1TB Western Digital 3.5" 7200rpm Caviar Blue SATA 6Gb/s HDD PN WD10EALX
1 x NVIDIA GTX560 Ti 1GB Gigabyte Overclocked PCIe Video Card PN GV-N560OC-1GI (Will most likely upgrade to a gtx6** if they come out before i order this)
1 x Antec ATX Three Hundred Case Black (No PS)
1 x 750 Watt Corsair TX750 v2 Power Supply

You could build this yourself for $972,then you are open to upgrade a few thing for the same money...

Just my 2 cents.. Wink

re-does the soldering connections that fuck up over 2-3 years in a hotter environment.
Google '8800GTX bake'. You obviously remove all the plastc bits off the card (really easy) shove it in the oven on 200 Deg C for 10 mins, time the fucking 10 mins btw and pull it out. Make sure u bake the card top up etc. so that components dont fall off (derp). Chuz,
