Public Realism Match - Unit Realism Match

Just so people can know the difference between the public realism matches and unit realism matches.

A Pub realism match is open to all players. Leaders are chosen from the players and weapons are discussed as required.

A Unit realism match is organised between to realism units. The Map, number of players, and weapon restrictions are agreed upon before hand. This matches are restricted to the Units participating. It is like the official scrim for the unit. An Officer generally leads the unit for these matches.
